5 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.

6 Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or coordinating with other players to manufacture bonus qualifying conditions.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge of a pre-arranged outcome, or participating in any scheme to influence the result of a sporting event.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies in a manner intended to guarantee profit regardless of outcome. Taya888 may void bets and restrict accounts engaged in this activity.
• Collusion in poker: Communicating with other players at the same table to gain an unfair advantage. All poker sessions are monitored by our fraud detection systems.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider for funds already used on the platform. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity, even with their consent.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Taya888 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if there is reasonable evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or a failure to comply with verification requirements.
